When will the 2020-2021 Perkins V funds be released to schools? [Please see this link and our “Updated Guidance on Perkins V for 2020-2021” below.]

The application for the Perkins V supplemental grant, formerly known as VTEA, is available as of June 10th through June 22nd. Only CTE programs that earned NYSED approval status before December 31, 2019, are eligible to apply (see list). The application deadline is close of business (COB) on June 22, 2020. 

To receive your customized Perkins V application please complete this initial form no later than COB Tuesday, June 16. The quick form asks you to confirm a designated point of contact. Your designated point of contact will receive the customized Perkins V form shortly thereafter. 

Please ensure you have reviewed guidelines for critical updates to funding criteria and allowable expenditures.

On receiving your Perkins V application, please review and complete no later than close of business (COB) on June 22. There are helpful screencastify videos linked to the application to support you along the way. We will send gentle reminders mid-week.
