Are we still approved to spend Perkins V funds this year?

NYSED-approved CTE program recipients of the FY20 Perkins (VTEA) grant provided via SAM #71, may now amend planned expenditures to ensure continuity of learning through remote methods. All scheduling and spending of the Perkins allocation must be aligned with applicable DOE purchasing guidelines, state and/or federal laws and regulations, and be properly documented. 

All modifications must be requested through the appropriate BCO budget team and the OPSR-CTE Unit, and must be directly linked to the ongoing delivery of career and technical education. Funds are subject to revocation and re-allocation as appropriate, in accordance with guidelines and deadlines.
