Can you share more information on how students may demonstrate techniques or skills required as part of their program?

For CTE programs with NYSED Office of Licensed Professions instructional guidelines 

1. The U.S. Department of State and NYSED CTE will be working on developing guidance for Appearance Enhancement programs (Cosmetology, Barbering) that require fulfilling hours to earn state licensure. 

2. Operationally approved health care programs may use remote learning to satisfy remaining hours as long as 30 clinical hours have been completed (CNA/LPN programs).

3. For programs like Dental Assisting and Welding these requirements are more strict and may need to be delayed.
